Lottery tickets

This is just another notch in the retail business belt. How the business world treats the consumer. They are the real crooks in all, from the gas prices to the ticket theft. Then they want us the consumer to pay an entrance fee to a simple thing as the Home Show that they just put on, (pay to see what I can sell you), with the price jacked up 100% or more in some cases. They stop other businesses like Casco from coming and they didn’t want Wal-Mart or the Home Depot here just to name a few. This is the way they treat the people that put their food on their table. The city is going down so shop were you get the best bang for your dollar if you can. The Canadian dollar is 0 .89 in the USA.

I think it should be mandatory that before the clerk takes the ticket from the customer, he/she should make sure the back of the ticket is signed. If not, have the customer sign it before running it through the terminal. This protects both the clerk and the customer.

If people are concerned about lottery security, use the system that is in place!!! Sign the back of the ticket in the space provided for this! They will spend millions to make changes that are not required.
